By day, I'm a mental health promotion expert.By night, I'm a new mom, a kick-ass spouse (he better believe it!), and a practicing writer.
Working in mental health promotion, you get to know a little something about mental wellness. Happiness and positive moods contribute to mental wellness through achieving a state of 'flow'. You experience flow when you are striving for a goal or immersed in an activity you enjoy. For me, I get my flow when I'm writing.
My home page lists my published clips but I still like to give credit to my unpublished work, which has appeared in many closet notebooks and under-the-bed diaries and has also been read at many a teddy bear picnic. I am also creator and author of the blog www.babyontherun.org.
